Terms of Service

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts for the use of the RealEstate platform concluded between RealEstate Kosovo GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and users of the platform.

2. Service Description

The provider provides an online platform on which users can advertise properties (providers) and search for properties (seekers). The provider does not become a contracting party to contracts concluded between users.

3. Registration and User Account

Registration is required to use certain functions of the platform. The user is obligated to provide truthful and complete information during registration.

4. User Obligations

Users who advertise properties commit to posting only serious offers and fulfilling all legal information obligations.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

The use of the platform for seekers is generally free of charge. Fees may apply for posting listings, which are clearly displayed before posting.

6. Liability

The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations.

7. Final Provisions

The law of the Republic of Kosovo applies. The place of jurisdiction is Prishtina, insofar as the user is a merchant.
